• Flash Firmware
• Unlocked Bootloader thru modified EDL Cable

• XiaoMiFlash.exe

Procedure:

• Open XiaoMiFlash.exe then click SELECT and Locate your Firmware.
• Put mobile phone in EDL mode by pressing volume up and down then insert cable by holding cable EDL switch.
• Proceed to flash if your phone detected by Com port.

Being a mobile phone technician you are knowledgeable in Electronics circuitry. Can interpret schematic diagram, know the basic function of all parts such: capacitor, resistor, diode, fuse and etc. Know how to repair computer hardware and software trouble.

Complete your academic studies - its is your backbone to entering the mobile phone repair industry.

I just want to share(only the highlights) the experience as a mobile phone technician here in the Philippines. As far as I know in the year 1999 cellphone repair business is like a booming industry, We started to repair the analog Motorola and Ericsson phones, but when the Nokia phone entering to the market in the Philippines, it's like happy moments for as local Technicians. We started to repair Nokia charging pins, modify lights, replace some components,  reprogram with Rolis tools, and banana flasher. The price of the Nokia 5110 it's more than 10-15 thousand pesos SRP. The hardest to repair are Nokia 3210, 6310 and 7110 slide, maybe because of the design is easy to deform or twist the circuit board. The best phone to repair are Nokia 3310, 3315,3350.. we made much more modification for this phone with colorful backlight all the way to acetate in the LCD, character display, personalized logo screen and the bling-bling ornaments with lights.. when you received the text or call the ornament light-triggered turn ON in simultaneously, also the casing or what we called housing with colorful character design. Nokia DCT 4 arrived with a colored display such 3510 etc. The best colored small phone in that series are 3100 and 3120, but 3100 has a separated ram. Sarasoft and JAF box as our main software tools. The Nokia 3100 or 3120 IMEI was always corrupted for this kind of phone, maybe NTC started to blacklist the IMEI of this phone as reported because of rampant snatching or maybe the weak memory. When s60 phone arrived Nokia 7650 is a classy phone with slide keypad. This phone is hard to change the flex ribbon, I remember the first time I replace the flex, the outcome is dead as in no power. I don't know how to fix and the tricks, but I found out on other days that the flex wires are connected to the power switch. After all, it's all easy for me to change with a simple trick to solder smoothly. The Nokia 6600 is a very good design and easy to repair. The smart amazing is started to introduce in the market with smart plan, This phone is good. I like the design with the silver and blue color. When Nokia s60 3rd edition series introduces like n73 etc. This era of Nokia started to weaken or (sa tagalog pa ay humina ang bentahan) Maybe because of the cheap price of Samsung phone, China phone. Clone Nokia was started invaded the cellphone industry, it was scattered all over the place. We started to receive for repair the n73 clone, n95 clone. Very disappoint for us technicians because the components and circuit board was very weak and the parts are not as compact circuit like the original. But the opportunity for us technician continues like easy money( because we have tools like infinity, spiderman box for Chinese phones. Nokia continues the struggle in the market. For us technicians, we started don't recommend the Nokia series to our customer anymore because of hard to unlock/open line the phone. We need to open the phone for the test point beside the processor/CPU. The tools for the unlocking/flashing this phone are: BB5 box, advance box, a universal box with a microscope. 2007 the arrival of iPhone. iPhone 2g phone started to introduce and some area of our colleague technician started to received this phone for repair. It's very easy to restore via the internet, fix the software, open line via hacking tools, etc. Samsung phone slightly continues growing in the cellphone industry for that time of 2011 especially when galaxy Y or S5360 has arrived, that's the time for Samsung started to shine in the market. Easy to reprogram easily to open line and the availability of the apps/games in the online market. What people want/love is the package of the phone from the basic of communication to entertainment. Until today Samsung is very impressive and cheap phone na pang masa. This year also recognized all Chinese phone with a label or brand such: Cherry mobile, MyPhone et all. We, technicians, know that this phone is a variety of Chinese phone because of the architecture of the circuit board. Good move for them to make this phone having a label with registration to NTC.

And now, there are so many phones around in the market with an unknown brand with logic/circuit board of Chinese phone. Be Aware always seek and consult to the expert.
